Kumho Tire is set to launch Majesty X Solus, an ultra-high-performance premium luxury tire with the best driving performance and ride comfort, the company said Monday.
Majesty X is the company's flagship tire for high-performance premium vehicles such as high-end sedans and imported cars.
Majesty X uses a highly dispersed precision silica material to maximize ride comfort and braking performance and boasts increased durability by significantly improving wear performance and driving in snowy conditions compared to Kumho's existing products.
The Majesty X also features a tread pattern that disperses the noise generated by the grooves, according to the tire maker.
The tires can also better endure low temperatures by maximizing tread stiffness and steering stability in snowy conditions.
"In line with the trend in which the ride quality, performance and stability of domestic luxury sedans and imported cars are greatly enhanced, we have launched Majesty X, a top-of-the-line premium tire that can satisfy both performance and design," said Lim Byeong-seok, managing director at Kumho Tire.
"I am confident that the Majesty X, equipped with the highest level of technology and performance, will contribute to further enhancing the brand image of Kumho Tire not only in Korea but also in the global market."
