Korea's K-pop sensation BTS made a touching speech about love at the United Nations in New York Monday.
Band leader Kim Nam-joon, whose stage name is RM, remembered the "shaking" minutes in front of the world during an appearance on ABC TV's "Good Morning America" on Wednesday morning.
"I trained for it a thousand times," RM said. "I was holding the paper and my hands were like shaking a thousand times per second."
Other members appeared on the show in colorful outfits and an interjection by one gesticulating the hands of a clock to show how he liked being in Times Square elicited praise from the program's hostess.
Asked about their album "Love Yourself: Answer," the band leader said: "True love begins by loving yourself. Reminding the world of those words could have a meaning to our ARMY fans and ourselves. It was the best moment of my life." BTS performed IDOL live from the final part of the trilogy album.
A large crowd of ARMY fans laid siege to the studio in Times Square, excited by their band's appearance.
